Eucalyptus Essential Oil
Another great essential oil for all your hair problems. Eucalyptus oil has multiple benefits for hair. Things to keep in mind before applying an essential oil :
- Never apply an essential oil directly to the scalp. Essential oils are very potent and applying them undiluted can cause irritation and itching. So always dilute it before use.
- Always do a patch test before applying an essential oil to the scalp. For that, just rub a few drops on your hands and wait for 24 hours. Check if it's itching or if there is any redness. In that case, skip using that essential oil.
- Never ingest essential oil, it can be toxic. The oils are meant to be applied topically for the best results.
- In case of contact with your eyes, immediately wash your eyes thoroughly. In case irritation or redness persist, visit your doctor.
Conclusion
We all know that anything in excess is bad. Aise essential oils apne hairs ke liye kafi accha hai, they can serve wonders for our hair. But if done in excess and if the precautions are not taken care of, it can be harmful to our hair as well as to us.
